Artist Statement
I am careful to preserve the authenticity and realism in any pictures I take of nature. With my artwork, I bring a close up look at life in our environment; hoping to convey to the viewer the need to preserve this incredible world we live in.
Biography
In 2010, with the encouragement of my friends, I joined the Allied Arts Council of Spruce Grove. That fall, I entered "A Hummingbird's Moment" in the photography category of the Open Art Competition held in the Spruce Grove Art Gallery. I was ecstatic to win first place and have The City of Spruce Grove purchase my picture. Today, I still enjoy talking to the extremely talented members of the Art Gallery and I continue to learn from them.
I am grateful for the ability to incorporate scripture with some of my photographs. The resulting artwork is meant to bless , enlighten, and bring joy into our lives.
2023 Inspirational Calendars (12 months of HOPE) are available in the gallery.
