Acrylic landscape painting

Join local professional artist Lisa Matthias in four painting sessions in which you will complete two landscape paintings using acrylics. You will learn all about how to use acrylic paints, including colour theory, brushwork, underpainting techniques, acrylic additives, how to create value and depth, glazes and impasto, and more. You will complete two landscape paintings together as a class in a step-by-step fashion, as Lisa guides you through using a reference photograph to create your painting. Subject matter will based on natural Alberta scenery. All experience levels welcome. 18 years and up. $110 plus supplies
